Are you ready for Migraine Awareness Month?
Migraine Awareness Month is held in June each year. This year’s theme is ‘Your migraine, your way’.
We’ve got lots on the calendar for Migraine Awareness Month and can’t wait for you to get involved.
In preparation, we’ve launched 18 new local support groups! Find out more and join here.
Throughout the month we’ll be talking to our amazing migraine community leaders, including Peter Goadsby, Bronwyn Jenkins and Lyn Griffiths; and hearing stories from our migraine community about their personal journeys.
We’ll be sharing information about how you can take control of your migraines and the latest in treatment. We’ll also be participating in the annual Shades for Migraine on Monday 21 June.
Make sure you join the email list and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter so you don’t miss a thing!
Information for journalists and stakeholders
A media and stakeholder kit has been prepared and can be downloaded in a zip file, or you can download individual items from this page.
Media releases and contacts can be accessed here. Please do not join our support groups to find people to interview - we are happy to find them for you. Just email [email protected]
Shades for Migraine
Shades for Migraine is an international awareness day coordinated by the Association of Migraine Disorders. On June 21, we're asking everyone to put on a pair of sunglasses, take a selfie, and share it to social media with the hashtag #shadesformigraine to show you care.
We're also giving you the chance to win with our State of Shades competition! Find out more
Thriving with Migraine
