Results of the 2024 EGM

Our successful EGM last night passed all five resolutions and re-appointed three directors to the company's board. 

The Extraordinary General Meeting was held to pass a number of resolutions to codify requirements around holding an annual general meeting and the appointment of directors, as well as a minor change to membership cancellation policy. 

51% of eligible members (73 people) participated in the EGM. 

The results of the vote are as follows:
