Community Quilt
This year, in keeping with the theme of ‘Stronger Together’, our members have identified that they would like to make a community quilt as part of Migraine Awareness Month, with those interested each making a square that represents what migraine feels like to them. Find out more and donate to this project.
If you would like to make your own square to contribute to the quilt, please click here to go to the expression of interest form. There is a maximum of 150 squares that can be made for the quilt, so get in quick!
Shades for Migraine
Shades for Migraine is an international awareness day coordinated by the Association of Migraine Disorders. On June 21, we're asking everyone to put on a pair of sunglasses, take a selfie, and share it to social media with the hashtag #shadesformigraine to show you care.
