Our Annual General Meeting provides an opportunity for all members to have a say in how we operate.
The AGM will be held on September 8, 2024, at 7pm Sydney time (6.30pm Adelaide, 5pm Perth). The meeting will be held on Zoom and all members are invited to attend.
Please do not worry about getting a migraine attack on that date. As we did for the EGM, all voting will be online and open for a week before the meeting, and the video will be available after the meeting. There are also discussions being held in the Members Facebook Group and Discord about the proposals to be considered at this meeting, so you can have your say there too.
Matters to be discussed and voted on include our priorities for 2025, and any motions submitted by members. Foundation members will also vote on new board members with some excellent nominations received so far. If you would like to nominate for the board please read more here, nominations close August 30.
Members will be sent more information about the AGM in due course. If you would like to become a member so you can have your say, please make sure you do so before August 30 to ensure your membership is processed and you get your voting instructions and meeting invitations.
