A couple of weeks ago we released our Language Quick Guide. Today we have released the full guide, which goes into a bit more detail about why we need to make these subtle changes and combat the stigma of migraine.
Switching from talking about our 'migraines' to 'migraine attacks' or dropping the terms 'episodic' and 'chronic' is going to be really tough for many long term migraine warriors - but if we can change these little things in the way we talk about migraine, we can combat migraine stigma and enable our condition to be taken more seriously.
